The DSV network is a cooperative network of organisers, NGOs, artist groups and producers aiming to promote intercultural artistic and cultural cooperation within Norway and between Norwegian and international partners. The network's main activity is to organise regular articstic and cultural national festivals presenting high quality art of international world artist both residing in Norway and artists invited from abroad. Our vision is to encourage cooperation across cultural barriers as well a positive focus on cultural diversity.
